Located in North Little Rock, Arkansas, North Hills Family Medical Center serves as a primary care clinic for all of Central Arkansas.
North Hills Family Medical Center was founded in 1971 by Dr. Jock Cobb with a mission to provide quality, patient-centered primary care to the community. Over the years, we have served thousands of patients, growing and evolving to meet their healthcare needs.
Today, we continue that legacy of transforming primary care by building strong relationships with our patients and providing the following services:

Meet Our Providers

Dr. Joel Christopher Cobb
Dr. Joel Christopher Cobb is a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and also attended medical school at UAMS. He completed the residency program at the Department of Family and Community Medicine in Little Rock where he served as Chief Resident. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Stanley C. Burns
Dr. Stanley C. Burns is a graduate of Missouri State University. He then received his medical degree from the University of Missouri and he completed residency training at the Department of Family Medicine here at UAMS. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Meet Our Founder

Dr. Jack Cobb
Dr. Jock S. Cobb is a graduate of Hendrix College and subsequently attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he received his medical degree. He has served as Chief of Staff at both Baptist Memorial Hospital and St. Vincent North.
